Our Founder and Proprietor, Mr. Sudhir Shedage, is an ex-army serviceman with a highly self-motivated personality and dynamic leadership qualities. He possesses rich and diversified experience gained during his service in the Indian Army as well as in the civilian security domain.
He has undergone various professional trainings in Army and Civilian Security, Safety, and Troubleshooting areas. As a highly qualified security trainer, he regularly conducts training programs and live demonstrations at multiple locations to enhance security guard drills and to create awareness about security hazards in societies.
He continues to acquire and strengthen his leadership and management skills under the guidance of the well-known training center Gurukul Security Training Institute, which is approved under the Maharashtra Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2007.
With a clear vision of delivering quality security services driven by competitive spirit and skill development, he consistently focuses on excellence as a top priority for the years to come. In addition, our organization is supported by experienced officers and a dedicated grassroots-level workforce, forming a strong and reliable team.
