Terms and Conditions

The rates quoted in the quotation is applicable for one month.
The rates are negotiable as per your requirements.
A minimum 15 days lead time will be provide to the agency for selection, training and deployment of security personnel’s.
It will be the responsibility of the employer to provide required infra structures in respect of work to facilitate performance of duties and to ensure satisfactory service.
The client will issue work order / engagement letter to the agency for the deployment of security guards at their sites.
The security staff will have full right to check any staff or visitor in case any doubts.
Guard personnel are under your administrative control and will perform duties as per your instructions.
Guards will follow the dress code given by the agency.
Leave salary, Provident Fund, ESIC and other benefits of the guard personnel’s will be looked after by the agency.
The validity of contract will be for one year.
The contract can be terminated by either party by giving ONE month’s advance notice in writing.
Since we comply with minimum wages and other act well within framed time, we expect our clients and hope our bill submitted on 1st to be release by 10th so that we can disburse the wage and deposit necessary contribution to the concerned authority in time.
18% GST will be charged extra on gross amount.
The cheque for providing security services may please be issued in favour of “First Defence Security”.

कामावर हजर होण्यासाठी संस्थेचे नियम व अटी पूर्णपणे वाचून व समजून घेणे.
सदर नियम व अटी आपल्यास बंधनकारक राहतील याची नोंद घ्यावी.
कामावर भरती होताना कार्यालयीन अर्ज पूर्णपणे भरून देणे आवश्यक आहे.
ड्युटीवर जाताना फर्स्ट डिफेन्स सिक्योरिटी यांच्या संस्थेचे ड्रेस कोड आपणास लागू राहतील.
ड्युटी बदल करताना किमान 10 मिनिटे लवकर जाणे अनिवार्य आहे.
सुट्टी पाहिजे असल्यास 24 तास अगोदर लिखित अर्ज करावा अथवा तोंडी सांगावे.
अचानक सुट्टी घेतल्यास 300/- रुपये दंड आकारला जाईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
काम सोडण्याआधी 15 दिवस अगोदर अर्ज करावा. अचानक काम सोडल्यास राहिलेल्या पगारातून दंड वजा केला जाईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
अर्ज दिल्यानंतर 15 दिवस काम करणे बंधनकारक राहील.
मासिक वेतन महिन्याच्या 10 ते 13 तारखेपर्यंतच्या कालावधीत होईल.
ड्युटीवर झोपल्यास त्या दिवसाचा पगार मिळणार नाही याची नोंद घ्यावी.
ड्युटीवर दारू पिऊन आढळल्यास 2000/- रुपये पगारातून कपात केली जाईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
आगोदर काही आजार असल्यास (मेडिकल प्रॉब्लेम) त्याची पूर्व-सूचना देण्यात यावी.
प्रत्येक गार्डला ड्युटीवर 20 दिवस भरल्यानंतर 20 तारखेला 2000/- रुपये अ‍ॅडव्हान्स मिळतील.
कामावर हजर झाल्यानंतर 30 दिवसानंतर पोलीस व्हेरिफिकेशन देणे बंधनकारक राहील. कपड्याचे पैसे पहिल्या महिन्यातून कपात केले जातील.
प्रत्येक गार्डला वेगवेगळ्या ठिकाणी ड्युटी लावण्यात येईल.
कोणत्याही प्रकारची देवाण-घेवाण व कोणत्याही प्रकारची बेकायदेशीर वस्तू ठेवू नये.
सुरक्षा कर्मचाऱ्यांनी आपला ड्रेस स्वच्छ, टर्नआउट व वर्तन योग्य ठेवणे बंधनकारक राहील.
ड्युटीवर पान, तंबाखू, गुटखा खाण्यास व सिगारेट ओढण्यास सक्त मनाई आहे.
संस्थेचे नियम व अटी मी पूर्णपणे वाचून व समजून घेतले आहेत. मी संस्थेच्या नियम व अटींचे उल्लंघन केल्यास मी स्वतः माननीय संचालक यांचा दंड स्वीकारण्यास तयार आहे. अशी खाली मी सही करतो.
